TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OFFLINE MASTERCLASSES AND EVENTS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions constitute a contract between you (the Participant) and NY PMU OÜ and apply to any offline training, masterclass, workshop, event, gala dinner, or other in-person educational experience organised by NY PMU OÜ.

1. Booking
A place at an offline masterclass or event is confirmed only after NY PMU OÜ has received the required payment or deposit and the Participant has received confirmation of booking.
2. Deposit and Payment
To reserve a place, NY PMU OÜ may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the event and the stated payment terms.
Where a deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit already paid.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit paid to reserve a place is non-refundable.
If the Participant cancels, does not attend, or is unable to attend for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
The deposit secures the Participant’s place and covers administrative, planning, coordination, and event-related costs incurred in advance.
4. Cancellation by Participant
If full payment has already been made, any refund beyond the non-refundable deposit, if applicable, will depend on the cancellation terms stated on the relevant sales page or booking page for that event. If no specific terms are stated, NY PMU OÜ will assess any possible refund based on the timing of cancellation and costs already incurred.
5. Inability to Attend
If the Participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons, illness, travel issues, visa issues, work commitments, or any other circumstance outside the control of NY PMU OÜ, the deposit remains non-refundable.
6. Transfer of Place
Transfer of a booking to another person is not guaranteed and is allowed only with prior written approval from NY PMU OÜ.
If a transfer is approved, an administrative fee may apply.
7. Changes or Cancellation by Organiser
If NY PMU OÜ cancels the event for reasons within its control, Participants will be offered either a transfer to a new date, credit toward another event, or a refund of amounts paid. If cancellation is caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, NY PMU OÜ will inform Participants of the available options at its discretion.
8. Travel and Accommodation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, meals, and related expenses.
NY PMU OÜ is not responsible for losses arising from travel, accommodation, visa, or transportation arrangements made by the Participant.
9. Participant Conduct
NY PMU OÜ reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a Participant from the event without refund if the Participant behaves in a disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, or acts in a way that negatively affects the event, trainer, staff, venue, or other participants.
10. Photography and Video
During offline events, NY PMU OÜ may take photographs and video recordings for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
By attending the event, the Participant agrees that such materials may include their image, voice, or likeness, unless the Participant has informed NY PMU OÜ in writing before the event.
11. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, manuals, presentations, visuals, video recordings, and related content provided during the event remain the intellectual property of NY PMU OÜ unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
NY PMU OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, travel costs, accommodation costs, missed opportunities, or other related expenses arising from participation in or cancellation of an event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Force Majeure
NY PMU OÜ shall not be responsible for delay, rescheduling, interruption, or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, political instability, venue issues, or technical failures.
14. Complaints
Any complaints should be submitted in writing to info@nypmu.com within a reasonable time after the event or issue arises.
NY PMU OÜ will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to Terms
NY PMU OÜ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply to the Participant’s purchase unless otherwise required by law.
17. Acceptance
By booking or attending an offline masterclass or event organised by NY PMU OÜ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
